Après Ski NYE welcomes all people with disabilities. We are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure attendees have access to all event goods and services, regardless of ability.
It is not acceptable to fake or exaggerate a disability to gain access to disability accommodations. Our Accessibility Team has finite resources and needs to focus these resources on helping those who legitimately require assistance.
Guests of the Tahoe Blue Event Center with accessible needs can call the Box Office during our operating hours. Guests may also email Kevin Borycczki, General Manager at Kevin.Boryczki@oakviewgroup.com or call 775-624-8978. Notice of special needs must be addressed at time of purchase so that we may best accommodate you.
All accessible seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who arrive to an event and need accessible seating, but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
Please note that all fans entering the Tahoe Blue Event Center, including those acting as a support person for patrons with a disability, are required to hold a valid ticket. Tickets are subject to standard event pricing.
We encourage patrons with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Crutches, walkers and canes are also permitted. Please note that we will not be renting assisted mobility devices onsite.
Parking is available for Tahoe Blue Event Center events at any of the four casinos located in the basin. All parking is paid parking and rates vary for each event. Patrons living in the basin are encouraged to take Lake Link, the free public transportation service. For more information about parking check out the lake link website.
Designated rideshare/loading/unloading zones will be located at the outside lane at Bally’s Lake Tahoe main entrance.
The Stateline Transit Center is a short walk from Tahoe Blue Event Center. Free public transportation options can be explored here: Lake Link & Tahoe Transportation District.
All concessions are accessible and located throughout the venue. If assistance is required, please confer with an event staff member.
A fully-equipped medical site staffed by trained personnel will be centrally located within the event to manage any medical issue. Check the event map when released for the exact location.
All prescription medications must be in the original manufacturer container with your name on it, which matches your government-issued photo ID. Please only bring a sufficient amount of medication for the duration of the event. Your medications must be cleared by the medical team at the event entry. Upon entry, ask for a crowd management supervisor to connect you with a member of the medical team.
Tahoe Blue Event Center offers innovative and fan-focused food and beverage offerings. For those with special dietary needs beyond the event food service, please contact Kevin Borycczki, General Manager at Kevin.Boryczki@oakviewgroup.com or call 775-624-8978 for further information.
Goldenvoice will consider any request by an attendee with a disability for reasonable modification of its policies, practices or procedures or for auxiliary aids and services that will permit the attendee equal enjoyment of the goods and services offered at the Event. We encourage you to make any such request as far in advance as possible to enhance our ability to evaluate and fulfill the request.
In continually trying to make our event more accessible, we encourage you to contact Kevin Borycczki, General Manager at Kevin.Boryczki@oakviewgroup.com or call 775-624-8978 for any of your accessibility-related needs. Additionally, if you have any questions about ADA policies or our services, please reach out to us.
